Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman

Position Details:

• Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends (unless weather delays require it)
• Starting pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

The Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman will play a critical role in the success of Quality Choice Landscaping, taking pride and ownership in their work is a must!

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of lawn or landscape maintenance experience
• Ability to lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania plant and tree identification
• Knowledge of turfgrass common to Western Pennsylvania
• Understanding of proper pruning, trimming, and plant care practices

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations efficiently and safely
• Ensure quality standards are met on every property
• Load and maintain equipment and materials
• Communicate with management regarding property needs and crew performance
• Maintain accountability for productivity and job completion
